AOC JURANÇON DRY. Pale wheat yellow in colour.
An elegant nose, mixing the notes of ripe fruits subtle spices against a toasted base. A well-balanced mouth between fruity and woody, round and fesh.
50 % Gros Manseng et 50 % Petit Manseng. Ripes grapes, carefully selected from thinned vines. Hand-picked in mi-October. Fermented in steel, then aged for 6 months in oak barrels "sur lie". Drink young or within 8 years.
Serve as an aperitif or, equally, an ideal accompaniment to charcuterie, fish or cheese, particularly the Brebis cheese of our region.
Serve between 8 - 10°C.
