AOC JURANÇON. Golden wheat colour.

An intense and powerful nose with notes of vanilla, liquorice and toasted almonds. An expressive palate, warm and long lasting, well blended with light wood notes.

100% Petit Manseng. Raisened on the vine to concentrate the sugars, selected and harvested from the leafless vines, hand-picked during November. Fermented in steel and aged, ‘sur lie’, for 18 months in oak barrels. Lay down for 10 years or more.

Ideal as an aperitif and the perfect accompaniment to the finest of dishes.

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
