100 % Gros Manseng. Hand-picked at the end of September. Grapes at aromatic maturity, harvested in a first sorting. Vinified as a dry white wine and then elaborated by traditional method (9 months). Drink within 3 years.
For aperitif, seafood and shellfish, white meat or throughout a meal.
Serve at 8° - 10°.
