An expressive and charming nose, revealing sensations of softness. A supple and silky mouth with a slight mellowness, which brings delicacy.
100 % Gros Manseng. Hand-picked at the end of September. Grapes at aromatic maturity, harvested in a first sorting. Vinified as a dry white wine then elaborated by traditional method (9 months). Drink within 5 years.
For aperitif and desserts.
